Our customers call our friendly helpline whenever they have a problem, the engineer that answers either fixes the problem remotely or arranges for an engineer to come out to you to resolve more serious problems. A simple monthly fee covers the service and there is no risk to you because we operate a rolling monthly contract so you can expand or contract the service to suit your own circumstances.
Our advanced systems allow us to monitor your critical IT systems and run maintenance on your computers every week to keep them in peak condition at all times. We also have experts on hand to cover all aspects of IT that your business may require.
The fact that they didn't tie us into a 12-month contract was important to us at the time, but we needn't have worried, we have never questioned our original decision in the 5-years we have been working with them!
